Chloë Stevens Sevigny (narozena 18. listopadu 1974) je americká filmová herečka, módní návrhářka a bývalá modelka. Sevigny se proslavila širokou módní kariérou v polovině 90. let, a to jak modelingem, tak prací pro newyorský časopis Sassy, který ji v té době označil za novou "it girl", čímž si získala pozornost newyorské módní scény. Ve filmu debutovala hlavní rolí v kontroverzním filmu Larryho Clarka Kids (1995), za kterou byla nominována na Independent Spirit Award. Dlouhá řada rolí v obecně dobře přijatých nezávislých a často avantgardních filmech v průběhu desetiletí upevnila Sevigny pověst královny nezávislého filmu. Vážného uznání kritiků i komerční veřejnosti se Sevigny dočkala až v roce 1999 za svou první mainstreamovou roli ve filmu Kluci nepláčou, za kterou získala nominace na Oscara a Zlatý glóbus za nejlepší herečku ve vedlejší roli.
