Nicholas Caradoc Hoult (narozen 7. prosince 1989) je anglický herec. Má za sebou vedlejší role ve velkorozpočtových mainstreamových produkcích a hlavní role v nezávislých projektech v americkém i britském filmovém průmyslu. Byl nominován na ceny Britské filmové akademie, Zlatý glóbus a Screen Actors Guild Award. Hoult se narodil a vyrostl ve Wokinghamu v hrabství Berkshire, k herectví ho to táhlo už od mládí a jako dítě účinkoval v místních divadelních představeních. Na filmovém plátně debutoval v sedmi letech ve filmu Intimní vztahy z roku 1996 a v letech 1998-2001 se objevil v několika televizních pořadech. Průlomovou rolí pro Houlta byla role Marcuse Brewera v komediálním dramatu About a Boy z roku 2002, za kterou byl nominován na cenu Critics' Choice Movie Award pro nejlepšího mladého herce. Širšího uznání a chvály se mu dostalo za roli Tonyho Stonema v teenagerském komediálně-dramatickém seriálu Skins (2007-2008) stanice E4. Jeho přechod k dospělým rolím začal v roce 2009 v dramatickém filmu A Single Man, za který získal nominaci na cenu BAFTA Rising Star Award, a ve fantasy filmu Souboj titánů (2010). - Was hit by a bus during filming of a TV stunt. The stunt called for Nicholas to be tied to a chair and suspended 20ft off the ground when he was struck by the double decker which was supposed to stop inches from him. He escaped with a bruised head.
